Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for ongoing care, this page gives you the key information you need.
Becoming a patient at Ample Medical is easy. You can register online or in person, and we’ll guide you through transferring your medical records, booking appointments and preparing for your first visit. We also offer support for families, carers and patients with accessibility needs.
MEDICARE & BULK BILLING
Ample Medical is a bulk billing practice, therefore all Medicare and DVA card holders have consultations bulk billed.
Please note that procedures are mixed billed, with others privately billed. Please speak to a member of the Ample Medical team about details concerning these fees.

Out of pocket fee (GAP)
Applicable for procedures
Applicable for non-Medicare card holders, overseas students, visit covers, Workcover and TAC consultations
Other consultation fees
Pre-employment: $150.00 to $250.00 (GST)
Taxi/Truck/Uber Medical Assessment: $150.00 (GST)
No attendance or late cancellation (under two hours from commencement of appointment): $25.00
Health insurance
Ample Medical accepts most insurance plans. Please contact our team for confirmation that your insurance details are valid and able to be processed for applicable fees.
Clinic Policies
Ample Medical clinic policies are designed to keep your care safe, respectful and consistent. This includes how appointments are managed, how your privacy is protected, how prescriptions are handled and how test results are communicated.
